-AHCA/Provider number enter 42962892

-Type of Provider – select – Nurse Registry

-Type of Applicant – select – RN/LPN/CNA

- Complete Registration with personal information and make online payment of $76.25

-To find a location – Go to Print Locations & Hours

-Review – What to Bring/ID before going to print location
